Preschool Ministry
First Kids endeavors to provide a safe and secure learning environment for your child while engaged in church activities.
Our preschool ministry includes babies (beginning at six weeks of age) through children who are in kindergarten.
Sunday School classes start at 9:30 am each Sunday morning. Childcare is provided for the 8:30 am, 10:45 am, and 6 pm Sunday worship services for this age group.
Volunteers
Background checks are secured on all prospective teachers and volunteers.
Security Controlled Access
Parents of preschoolers complete a two-part adhesive tag when checking in their child. One side is placed on the child’s back and the parents retain the other half. Matching number identification is required for the release of all preschoolers.
Outer doors are locked once services have begun. The main access door to the preschool suite is monitored at all times and includes a coded key entry.
Pagers
Vibrating pagers are available to all parents of nursery age children.
